Should the Velocitators be Slain?

As McCain pointed out in his recent speech, the Velocitators are responsible for all of our nation's current problems. Shall we take action?

We may disallow them from marrying, and must discourage them from actually engaging in any velocitative behavior, but we do not kill them. Not on purpose, anyway. Usually.
