Closing the room
Now that I've sufficiently scared everyone, I can clarify that this is about choosing a time to end festivities on sunday morning.
we can stay open until 4am, but we have to be cleaned up by 7 am, and hotel checkout is at noon sunday.
Vendors are garanteed to stay open until 12, so we cannot shut down the room until after 12.
My vote is to close between 12-12:30. This will keep us from overworking volunteers with excessively long shifts, allow for early clean-up, allow people to take advantage of the wicked night life, should they choose, and get a good night's sleep.
However, before I make the final decision, I want to hear some input from you guys.
